Driven by a desire to work internationally, Charlotte took the leap and moved to Singapore in 2013, immersing herself in the dynamic, fast-paced markets of Asia. Spotting an opportunity to provide international talent to businesses globally, Charlotte launched VDV Search in 2020 and hired a dedicated team in Asia.

In 2024, Charlotte’s journey led her to Amsterdam where she covers global markets from one of the most creative cities in the world.
